A bit about us
Clean Slate Clearance is an independent clearance company based on the south coast, covering Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and the wider south of England. We clear houses, flats, bungalows, garages, lofts, sheds and gardens — anything from a single heavy item to a complete property — with a particular focus on probate and estate clearances, which we handle patiently and with respect.
Discuss what you need with us on 07533 912795, send a few photos if you can, and we’ll come back quickly with a fixed quote. No obligation, and no pressure on timing.

What we do
We do all the lifting and shifting for you. The only things we can’t take are paint, tyres, asbestos, gas canisters and hazardous or flammable liquids.

Our speciality
Clearing the home of someone who has passed away is a job nobody wants to think about — and it often lands on family who live hours from the property. We work with executors, families and solicitors to take the whole thing off your plate:

After the clearance
Once everything is out, the property is swept through and left presentable — ready for valuation, viewings, new tenants or returning the keys to a landlord or agent.
If the house is going on the market, we’re happy to fit around your estate agent: collecting keys from their office, working to a completion date, and letting them know when the place is ready.
Pricing
Every clearance is different, so we don’t do one-size-fits-all prices. What you pay depends on how much there is to clear, the type of items, access and parking, and how much can be reused or resold — anything with resale value is knocked off your quote.
What we can promise: you’ll always get a fixed quote before we start, with no hourly rates and no surprises on the day. The quickest way to get a price is to call 07533 912795 or send a few photos with the form below.
Do this before booking anyone
Anyone who removes waste for payment must be registered with the Environment Agency as a waste carrier. If a firm isn’t registered and your items end up fly-tipped, you can be the one fined — so before you book any clearance company (including us), ask for their waste carrier number and check it on the Environment Agency’s public register.
We carry public liability and goods-in-transit insurance, and anything we can’t donate or resell is disposed of properly at licensed facilities — never dumped.
Areas covered
We’re based on the Dorset coast and cover the south of England — Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire, West Sussex and beyond. If you’re not sure whether we reach you, just ask.
