This notice explains how Clean Slate Clearance ("we") handles your personal information when you use cleanslateclearance.co.uk or contact us.
When you fill in our quote form we collect your name, contact details, the property location and anything you tell us about the job (including any photos you attach). We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and provide the service you’ve asked about. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, which hosts this website. We don’t sell your details or share them with anyone else, other than where needed to carry out the work you’ve asked for.
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, plus any period required for our business records.
This site does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we’ll ask for your consent first.
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to our use of it, by calling 07533 912795. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
