This notice explains how Clean Slate Clearance (“we”) handles your personal information when you use cleanslateclearance.co.uk or contact us.
When you fill in our quote form we collect your name, contact details, the property location and anything you tell us about the job. If you choose to send photos or a video, we collect those too. We use all of it solely to respond to your enquiry and provide the service you’ve asked about. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, which hosts this website. Any photos or video you attach are uploaded through Uploadcare, a file-upload service we use to handle them. Each customer’s files are only reachable by us, not by other customers.
We don’t sell your details or share them with anyone else, other than where needed to carry out the work you’ve asked for.
If you’d rather not send photos of a property at all, you’re very welcome to describe the job over the phone instead. It makes no difference to the quote.
We keep enquiry details, photos and videos for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that comes from it.
This site does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we’ll ask for your consent first.
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to our use of it, by calling 07533 912795 or emailing quote@cleanslateclearance.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
